Quality Training Solutions Global Ltd T/A The National Beauty Academy must be paid the entire course cost before completing any training.
Payment can be made via the website, cash or card reader paid to The National Beauty Academy which must clear before commencement of course.
The National Beauty Academy reserves the right to change prices without notice.
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of £50 for each course is taken.
If a course participant is unable to attend on the scheduled course date, they should notify The National Beauty Academy at least 48 business hours (9am-5pm Mon-Fri) in advance. Where this requirement is followed, The National Beauty Academy will agree an alternative course date with the candidate best suited for the Academy and where possible the candidate. If a course participant fails to notify us by phone, email or social media within the time period stated completions of this course will be treat as a new booking therefore losing the initial non-refundable deposit and will attract the full course fee.
The National Beauty Academy operates the following refund policy in respect of the cancellation of individual course bookings.
Based on full payment already being made:
Course cancelled 48 Hours prior to start date: All payments minus £50 will be refunded.
Course cancelled less than 48 Hours prior to start date: No refund will be issued.
Refunds take 7 – 14 working days to process (Please note, any refunds through Klarna or Clearpay may take longer and is under the administration of the provider)
Delay or failure to perform on our part
The National Beauty Academy will inform you as soon as is reasonably possible of any necessary changes by phone, text or email.
You shall have the choice of:
1. accepting the changed arrangements;
2. using any paid amount towards the changed course as credit for another course from The National Beauty Academy
3. or cancelling your course and receiving a full refund of all payments made.
We shall not be liable to you if we are prevented or delayed in the performing of any of our obligations to you if this is due to any cause beyond our reasonable control including (without limitation):
• an act of God, explosion, flood, fire or accident;
• war or civil disturbance;
• strike, industrial action or stoppages of work;
• any form of government intervention; a third-party act or omission;
Where an element of your course is not provided as stated or you are unhappy with the level of service provided you must notify us before leaving the academy or failing that within 7 working days of the alleged breach. We shall then investigate the matter within 14 days and if we have not delivered the services in accordance with the course content or to the standard intended you shall be entitled to further training on the element you are unsatisfied with OR a full refund of the cost of the course (or, where appropriate, the relevant section of it).
Each training course provided by The National Beauty Academy is a separate entity and will be dealt as such.
We will not be liable to you by way of representation (unless fraudulent), common law duty or under any express or implied term of the contract for:
• any losses which are not foreseeable by both you and us when the Contract is formed arising in connection with the supply of the services or their use by you;
• any losses which are not caused by any breach by us; business or trade losses.
Our entire liability in connection with training services will not exceed the purchase price of the services booked less any amendment charges paid to us. Except in relation to death or personal injury caused by our negligence The National Beauty Academy liability remains, at all times, limited to the value of the services booked, excluding any amendment charges paid to us.
We expect all students to conducted themselves in a reasonable manner, however if your behaviour is deemed to be unacceptable or causes damage your course may be terminated and you may be asked to leave the premises. Your application form and contact details will be retained pending further enquiry. No whole or part refunds will be made under these circumstances.
The following courses require a model who had a successful patch test prior to the training course, it is your responsibility to arrange a model and patch test however, where possible, the academy will assist in scheduling:

Facial Waxing, Hot & Warm Waxing, Hair Up, Hot Stone Massage, Facials, Introduction to MUA, Indian Head Massage, Gel Polish, Microdermabrasion, Spray Tanning, Manicure & Pedicure,
The following courses do not require a model:
Hair Extensions, Semi-Permanent Lashes, Acrylic, Nail Art, Hybrid Lashes, Electric File, Russian Lashes
You will be notified upon booking the time your model is required and how long the treatment is estimated to last.
