Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) – Delivered on day one 

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, therapeutic technique using slow rhythmic movements to stimulate the lymphatic system naturally. This treatment is designed to help reduce swelling, fluid retention, puffiness and inflammation while promoting relaxation and wellbeing.

Students will learn how to safely perform traditional lymphatic drainage movements and understand the foundations of lymphatic health and drainage pathways.

Brazilian Sculpting – Delivered on day two

Brazilian is a more sculpting and contour-focused technique using firmer, faster movements to create instant visible contouring results. Popular within the beauty and aesthetics industry, this treatment focuses on defining the waistline, reducing bloating and enhancing body shape while improving circulation.

You must be 16 years old or over to complete this course.

You must have a Swedish/Full Body Massage qualification prior to completing this course.

You must attend your course wearing all black, with bare nails and lashes if your course is related to these areas.

You will be provided with pre-course reading upon booking which will cover anatomy, physiology, health and safety which you must read before attending. This will be recapped in your session.

This is an ABT Accredited course. You will receive your Gold Foiled Certificate on the day of training.
