Reiki Level 1 is the first step on your journey into the powerful world of energy healing. Also known as Shoden (meaning “first teaching” in Japanese), this course introduces you to the history, principles, and practical foundations of Usui Reiki — a gentle, hands-on healing technique that promotes physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

You’ll learn how to use Reiki to treat yourself and others, gaining confidence in working with energy through attunements, guided practice, and personal experience.

You must be 16 years old or over to complete this course.

You must attend your course wearing all black, with bare nails and lashes if your course is related to these areas.

You will be provided with pre-course reading upon booking which will cover anatomy, physiology, health and safety which you must read before attending. This will be recapped in your session.
